Cheap

I didn't think that they actually did it, but you can see it for yourself. My bumper was literally made out of styrofoam and thin plastic on top of that. They did spend some cash on the frame of it though. So, I will take a good frame over a solid bumper anyday.

Too Big

It was a bit packed on the highway and being the space saver that I am, I decided to park under the bronco that was in front of me. I didn't quite fit as well as I had drafted in the plan. Sorry Hooper. Good Bye friend. *No Fords were hurt during this dramatization.

Our New Friend

Argent Mortgage paid a bill for a HUGE dinner. We had super big steaks and all of the courses. We were stuffed. It took us an hour to get back to our hotel room that was a block away stuffed. The next day we went walking around and decided that we needed a snack and ended up getting a meal. This is what became of Mari's mashed potatoes. I had to leave him behind though. He isn't much for travel.

What Do You Think?

I think that Miss Medina looks good in a hat. She doesn't think so and also considers my opinion biased. Believe me, I would tell her. This is one of my favorite pictures of her and I find it quite fetching. (futching if she wasn't wearing a pink v-neck)

I think this is a picture of the girls swimming, but let's talk about Michael Phelps. We were right on the edge of the pool where everyone walks and Mari was going high five crazy and she freaked out when Phelps connected with her. At first I thought she was a bit star struck and I decided right then and there to become a great swimmer. She went on about how freaky the experience was and told me to give him a high five next time and I did and that guy has the softest hands ever. Ever! The girls didn't have anything on him. I've been taking samples ever since and he is still way in the lead.

Name In Hat

Have we established yet that Mari wins everything? Well, let's do that now. Mari wins everything. She won an all expense paid trip to Long Beach Cali for the US Olympic swimming trials from work. Yep, work. One time the HR lady gave me some chapstick that had the Cherry logo on it. It was my bonus for the year.

MMMMMMMM

I love how the light captures the tone of the red on the strawberries as they top the creamy goodness of the cheesecake. Please excuse the shadows that are created by Mari and her mom. Notice how everyone else is doing a fine job of just being the background, but these two camera hounds don't know how to respect the art. I'll ask them to step out of the shot next time.

Bath Time

Rocky is a dog. I swear. It took me awhile to get him to stop barking at me all of the time. Alas, I have even charmed the great protector. Unless, I have one of his toys, then it's a biting free for all. He spends his day swirling in circles and trying to deflate bowling balls. He's top notch.
