Bunnies Lay Plastic Eggs

Can you figure out who didn't get the last egg? Amy made the mistake of counting them and announcing that there was only one left. After all of my hard work of throwing candy filled plastic eggs across the yard from the door with most of them busting open and scattering the contents and this is how it ends. There was an actual rabbit (farm = various animals eating yard) running around during the egg hunt. The rabbit was having a panic attack trying to escape, the adults were super excited that the kids might start believing their stories and the kids couldn't have cared less. Candy trumps all!!

Whatever Is On Tap

Jenna, Nancy and I were doing our part for the community by collecting glass bottles for recycling. We were at the bar in town with the generals Busch, Bud and Natural Light. Don't ask for anything else unless you want to see "the look". We kept it simple and didn't make any sudden movements.

Birthday This!

Allison and Kim sang a wonderful rendition of Happy Birthday to me. This was the last picture taken prior to the physical part of the song that I was not aware of nor knew that I would be participating in. Even though I realize that they were victims of peep dope, I think it would be proper for them to return the cash that I had on me.

A Good Parking Spot Too

Mari took me to the Melting Pot for a three hour birthday meal. This is a shot of our pot after I went through a period of skewer insanity with four going at the same time. This led to me not paying attention and burning my pieces into bacon bits and only two finger burns. I am still full. Mari wins the award for best meal ever.

Got A Light?

This sign is located right after crossing the bridge as you enter Chester Illinois. Chester is the hometown of Popeye, a mental institution for the violent and a medium security prison. I don't know how many cigarettes you have to have on you for it to be considered smuggling. One would think that a carton or less wouldn't get a fine, but this town has to pay for it's bronze life size Popeye statues on every street corner somehow. If you plan it right, you can drive through the town with the giant ketchup, catsup, whatever bottle on your way to many Popeye gift shops.

There's Cheesecake Too

I gave this fortune cookie to Mari for the big V-day. We nibbled on it for a little bit, but it doesn't even look like we put a dent in it. It's so yummy and it's going to be with us for quite some time. Maybe we should throw a fortune cookie eating party before we get sick of it and the fun at the end of a Chinese meal has left us forever.

Deal With It

It's my birthday month bitches!!! I get to help plant squash in the garden and Pa says that after supper I can take the lantern into town and get a piece of rock candy. I might even get to use the bath water first after all the boys. While I'm in town, I'm going to touch fancy fabrics at the clothing store.
